PBCE’s Placement Cell takes a lot of effort to ensure that its students are appropriately placed in various organizations. They are in constant touch with leading companies pitching for our students and or looking out for suitable openings for them. They conduct regular On-Campus, Pooled Campus and Off-Campus recruitment drives for the convenience of our students. It was the Placement Cell’s feedback which led to the “Nurture 4CE” intervention to be put into place. The Placement Cell at PB College of Engineering (PBCE) is dedicated to ensuring that students are well-prepared and appropriately placed in various organizations. The cell maintains strong relationships with leading companies, facilitating regular On-Campus, Pooled Campus, and Off-Campus recruitment drives to provide students with diverse opportunities. In addition to these recruitment efforts, the Placement Cell organizes pre-placement talks, mock interviews, group discussions, and personality development workshops to enhance students' employability skills.
